The extra pound.

It will always be an issue for me and maybe some of you out there that losing weight after giving birth is not easy. It has been four years since the birth of my twins and yet, the extra pounds that I gained during the pregnancy still around. No matter what I do, the extra pounds seem to be too stubborn to be removed. I wonder if there is anything that I can beside surgery. In fact, I am so keen to try this new product, some says it is the best weight loss pill they ever tried and have no regret of taking them. Before I tried them, I just need to be very sure that it can help me to lose the extra pound. Any suggestion from those of you who manage to get back to your weight? Thanks in advance.

Just got back from outstation attending some courses and man, I am so tired. More tired than working actually, hahahaha. What makes me tired actually? It’s the food! I have a complete 3 meals a day! Delicious, yummmy and lots of varieties. It seems like this time, me and my colleague only eat, eat, eat and eat only. We didn’t manage to do any shopping due to time constraint and with our colleague in KL insisting entertaining us, there goes my diet. So when I came back yesterday, I told hubby, I must start my diet pills as a result of too super delicious food for the past few days

NO MORE FOOD

Still sick :(

I’ve finished my medicine but I still cough. Cough, cough, cough until my body ache. Not only that, my mind not working well too. I can’t focus and I had to ask everyone to repeat twice whenever they are talking to me. I can’t hear them. My nose block so does my ears

Later, will be going to clinic again. This time I’m going to ask the doctor to give something strong, so strong that I won’t be able to wake up

(as if the doctor will give it to me) OK time for lunch…have a nice day everyone!

Sick again.

As predicted, this year will be not so good year for me. Will constantly sick, no success luck and no MONEY luck

But I do not pay attention to any of these as it is just prediction by fengsui master for those who born in the RABBIT year. I will not think about it and let it control my mind. But as for the part “constantly sick” seems a bit true in my case. Early of the year I’ve been coughing non stop and recover after in and out of the clinics like thousand times. I thought I will not back to the clinic so soon wh but I’m wrong. Last week I started to have sore throat and been coughing like nobody business. My medicine almost finish but no sign of recovering

My MD is so concern about his staffs especially us, girls. He is so concern that he goes through all the troubles to buy us a weighting machine so that we can weight our body weight everyday. Hahahahaha, so that we won’t eat so much he says.

So everyday, before we go out for lunch, weight first then weight again after lunch just to make sure we didn’t eat much lunch muahahahaha.

So my dearest colleague, our bet for the most body muscle gone can be solved easily if we can get this best muscle building supplement!! We don’t need big muscle, just lean and mean, the way it should be, right?

LOL.

If I can make a decision on what to install and buy in the office, I will definitely install a dehumidifier inside our office. Reason? Too many smokers and most of them smoke without thinking about others. I don’t know whether they just could not be bother or they do not know how to read a “NO SMOKING” sign. It is so frustrating. Complaint also no use as the bosses also smoke. How to make them stop? You hint also no use, they just laugh at you. Sigh….smoking is bad to our health and I hope they will realize about this soon….

It has been over six months and yet the itchiness in between my fingers still not cure. Been to the clinic and given the same medicine but yet it still come back. It cure for a few days then back again. When I ask why, the doctor simple answer “you are allergic” but didn’t says allergic to what. I didn’t want to argue because he’s the doctor and he should know better than me right? My medicine almost finish but I won’t go back there anymore. I do not know whether it is eczema or not but I am going to try the treatment for eczema and see the result. Wish me luck. Hopefully this is the answer to my itchy skin.

My boss says (office big boss) I am getting bigger and bigger as the days goes by. When I asked hubby, hubby says No. Which one is correct? Yes or No? Colleague says No but boss says Yes..hmm so confusing. I am sure there is truth to both side also. I’m big but not that big. Bigger than last time. Yes, this is bad and I have to start do something about it. I do not want to grow any more bigger especially the side ways. I hope this usp labs oxyelite pro can help me back to my previous size and be happy again
