We were visiting my aunt the other day who are admitted to SMC few days back. My sister and I were arguing what should we bring as courtesy. It is so hard to find a good and quality fruits nowadays. Some looks good outside, but inside, rotten like hell. Some, says it is sweet, fresh and so on, but the result is so frustrating. How I wish, Kota Kinabalu has one shop to provide fruit gift baskets Cherry Moon Farms as their selection are more and presentation is so beautiful. It will enlighten whoever receive it. Imagine we bring that to my aunt. She may not be able to eat it, but it will cheer her up. I wonder if they interested to franchise their product. Will check it up later.

Oh, I forgot to tell, we end up buying bananas as that’s the only fruits that look fresh and edible that time

How secure your job is?

Did it ever cross into your mind that the job that we are having now might be gone or taken one day without any warnings? Suddenly the company thinks they do not need your services anymore or they prefer someone younger or the famous reason, cutting down staffs as economy is not getting better. Did it ever, maybe once, come to your mind?

I have been thinking about it more and more these days and yes, it scare me a lot. If that happen to me at this moment, I won’t survive until end of the month. Serious! I do not have backup and I am sure do not have a huge savings waiting in the bank. Of course if that happen, to find jobs out there won’t be easy either. Competition is high and I’m not young anymore except I have years of experience but will that be good enough to secure another job?

And that is why too, I am so keen to look for other option to make extra income at least I will be more prepared if it hit me.

I am a mother, a wife and a woman and as a woman, I have all the desire what other woman has

What do a woman or a lady loves? Aha, what else if not shopping, shopping, shopping hahahahaha. We loves to pamper and beautify ourselves but it is just a matter we want or not

We, women, loves anything from make up, skin care, clothes, accessories, shoes, handbags etc etc and the list can really goes on without a full stop

But, even though we loves anything and everything, we too are careful with the selection. We just don’t run into it without proper investigation and inspection even though the things are chamilia we still check it thoroughly especially now this world are so advance, people imitate others to succeed

Don’t you agree with me ladies?

RM will never enough…

We were having lunch with our MD the other day when the topic of property come up. Our MD commented that properties especially houses have increased a lot and the prizes are crazy. He’s point was with our current economic, a salary earner of RM2,000.00 per month can’t afford a house anymore. Even with combine income of RM5,000.00 will be tough.

I do agree with him. Even with combine income, to own a house (landed property I mean) will be tough. Not to mention other commitment such as bills, household expenses, children education etc. Looking back the time, I’m glad we made a decision to buy one before the property prices were sky high. Phew…

Making the decision to buy is one thing, getting a better loan interest especially for the asset based lending is another one. But I’m glad and relieve, I manage to get both. So for those of you who plan to buy a property, please check out on all the banks that gives you better loan interest as well as the developer before you commit anything ok? We do not want you to pay for nothing…

Pathetic wish list…

Another year has passed and a new year has begin. This afternoon, I checked my wishes list I made when we just celebrated the new year, that was 2009 and surprise surprise surprise, only 3 ticks out of 15 wishes I made. Hahahaha so pathetic!

So this year, I decided I won’t make any wish list. I want to see if I can achieve what I wish for last year pathetic eh? Oh well, by now you should know me better..Iam a lazy person and if possible, I only want to do an easy work..but so far I haven’t found one, sigh.

But somebody told me that Philadelphia jobs might be the answer for me..but what answer?

This is just a little update for this blog. Should be short and fast reading for anyone. In fact, anyone can just stop, glance and be out of here

OK, been to Genting / KL. No pictures uploaded yet. Need editing. Hubby no time as always. Me? Even busier with real work in the office. Still I prefer to be in KK Sabah than in somewhere else.

Currently, should be in the airport or at least nearby. This is a pre published version if anyone read it. Whatever I’m doing here in KL, I know it is beneficial for my personal knowledge and of course for the company I work for too. Luckily I do not have to go for these medical coding training courses!!!!

That definitely is out of my field!!!!

OK STOP!! Cyber bell rang!!! Time’s up!!!

Life is too short.

Life can be short, it can be long. That’s the bad news to all of us human. You just never know when we are going to “go”. It is pretty scary to think all this especially if you think of the people you leave behind. Not to mention, the burden you left behind for them, the unsettled loans, the mega negative balance from your credit card etc etc. If you have children, it is even scarier. What will happen to them if you do not have backup? Do not have money to supplement their living, their study? Scary isn’t it.

So whats the best thing to do now – while you are still alive? Let me be frank , invest some in insurance. You do not need to commit straight away, you can check it out first. Afraid that agent will call you again and again until you commit, no worry. Everything can be checked online! even the term life insurance online quotes Seriously, we need an insurance. We all need it. It is not for us, for you, but for your love ones, for your kids.

Think about it. While we still have breath in this world, clear all our debts as quick as possible (which I am trying hard to do now) and get the backup ready. Insurance is one of them – seriously!

Sorry everyone! I broke my promise I was not well to begin with and one thing lead to another so in the end, I only able to do the post today…really sorry everyone…I know it is a very bad attitude to break a promise especially after you give it someone..trust me, I know the feeling

What I really wanted to write here is actually to know that I really appreciate those who drop by here without fail even though I do not have any new post..some of you still drop by..Thanks a zillion to you guys. Oh well, I just wished that you all drop me a line or two or just a simple “Hi” or “Bye” to mark your footprint here..but I do understand, some times, we do not know what to write or comment right? But I hope in future, who ever happen to here, intentionally or unintentionally, please, just put your footprint here so that I know where is the next place for me to visit ok?

And I would like to show my gratitude to KadusMama who never fails to visit my blog and leaves her footprint on every post I made despite her busy schedule and as a return, please send me your pay pal email address so that I can transfer a small token of USD5 as token of appreciation from me ( I wish I can give you some vouchers from the laughlin hotels to stay but who knows, in future kan?)
