Can you see the red things on my neck? It is sooo itchy and so damn painful. I thought of pinching out that things but I’m scared I only make it worst :(

What do you call this by the way? Is it acne? or is it just another type of rash? I hate it so much when this happen. It makes you feel so uncomfortable :(

Whatever you call this, I wish I have in hand the best acne treatments with me now :(
