I feel good :D

I’ve started exercising last week (breeze walking) and so far so good. I really feel good :D oopppsss I say it again :D

Of course the first two days, my body especially my legs hurt like hell :lol: but that didn’t stop me from exercising coz I know the pain will eventually go away and true enough, after the third day, I can’t hardly feel it anymore :D

I hope by walking half an hour a day will shade all the unwanted fats that I’ve gain so that I can say GOODBYE to my diet pill :lol: and what more, hubby likes the new me, sooo energetic, ehem, apa maksudnya tu ya ;)
