Well I have talked about this before and it is definitely not easy to sell!
Hubby and I totally out of our mind thinking of other ways to sell it. The apartment has nothing wrong with it. It is a very nice place to live in. It is quiet, spacious and really a good neighborhood location. It was a show house last time and we have good memories only with this apartment. We even installed a very expensive food waste grinder … something like that where you just throw everything down the sink and it just swallow them all up, chew them to pieces. yes, even the chicken wing bones. Except plastics, the rest all gone down there. Pretty neat and clean.
When comes to the lighting fixture, well was a show house, what do you expect? Of course the bulbs changed. They all wore out. Man, I’m really stress just thinking of the apartment. If my son is big enough now to stay on his own, we would have given him there to stay. He even likes it.
*** just for info, the price is even below our purchase price – what more to ask. sigh. 
Damn. I better stop rambling or else grey hair pop one up there again.
why not just rent it out..i think there are quite a number of apartmemt/condo project going on now and im seeing an oversupply residential area soon. having said that pls email the the location and price.

I would think twice of selling it coz the price is not attractive at the moment…unless of coz u need the $$ urgently…if not I would say keep it first…time recession or tampias recession nie may not be a perfect time to sell…so renting the place out is an option u can opt oso hehe…at least ada jua bikin tambah2 bayar loan kan hehe…
