When we decided to sell our apartment, I told hubby it is better to do ourselves. I do not want to hire an agent as I feel it is unnecessary to do so even though  some of my friends advice me to do so.

Well, I might say, I feel much more happy and satisfied, when we personally bring the person to view the apartment rather than just waiting for the agent on the progress or updates. So, there we go entertaining all our potentials buyers for last four months and man, macam-macam gaya pulak pembeli ni. I salute all property agent out there as it is not easy to handle customers/buyers. Banyak characters!!!!!

Some buyers didn’t say much, some ask from A to Z, some shows sooooo much interest but didn’t have $$$ to buy, some so minta puji, some just ask one or two, some expecting beyond the expectation. Headache but we are satisfied

But until todate, we haven’t found a TRUE BUYER yet

How about now? Can you figure out what’s wrong with this dog?  I tell you what’s wrong with this dog. Last time, his colour use to be WHITE…but now???

I don’t know if the owner do it purposely or somebody in the neighbourhood sabotage this dog (but I’m not surprise if somebody sabotage as the dog is very garang). One time, when the owner open their gate, this dog ran to our house and almost bite Josh that time. Luckily hubby was there and manage to scare the dog with a stick. The owner when saw this pretend not to see or just didn’t bother (ada mental kali tu).

What you all think? Purposely or sabotage?

It’s been a while I didn’t see the sunset, too busy in the office clearing the clutters, sigh! What to do, I’ve promised my boss to do it very very long time ago and I just need to do it, NOW! (if my boss happen to read this, I know he’ll be laughing and says “we’ll see this time.”) As I was typing this, I can imagine my boss face with his sarcastic smile

I hope the two days he’s not around will give me the time to put away all the papers and documents and how I wish I’ve requested earlier for a box cutter as now I realise, I do need one to do my packing

Sigh! When will again I be able to sit down at the beach with hubby and the kids watching the sunset?? I really missing it

This is the hubby talking here. I have to say, do not disturb her now if you want her to be happy. She is currently busy clearing clutters everywhere, be it at home or in the office. Just sms, YM will do. If no response, just wait. LOL~!

The only free time, and even that is not totally free is when we have to stop, drop everything, and eat with the children on dinner time. For the whole 2 days she took leave, she already busy sweeping, vacuuming, moving things upstairs all by herself. While of course I was put in charge downstairs of our house. Yes, the grass and everything downstairs, toys, laundry. And even that she helped me to finish. Kesian her.

To cut thing short, I decided to bring them out, along with the kids’ nanny, our lovely auntie and her son to the new food court, or food stalls just beside the Tg Aru Plaza. Our first time there and the first impression … it was really a good place to hang out. To eat I mean. No alcohol though. All muslims stalls but quite nice environment to eat our dinner there.

Life can be short, it can be long. That’s the bad news to all of us human. You just never know when we are going to “go”. It is pretty scary to think all this especially if you think of the people you leave behind. Not to mention, the burden you left behind for them, the unsettled loans, the mega negative balance from your credit card etc etc. If you have children, it is even scarier. What will happen to them if you do not have backup? Do not have money to supplement their living, their study? Scary isn’t it.

So whats the best thing to do now – while you are still alive? Let me be frank , invest some in insurance.  You do not need to commit straight away, you can check it out first. Afraid that agent will call you again and again until you commit, no worry.  Everything can be checked online! even the term life insurance online quotes   Seriously, we need an insurance. We all need it. It is not for us, for you, but for your love ones, for your kids.

Don’t make mommy run here and there, screaming like mad woman and testing mommy’s patience ok?  Mommy don’t mind you kids mess the house with your toys as long as you guys share and no argument and no screaming. Mommy still ok if you kids mess the house with your food and drinks coz mommy still can clean it when you kids taking your nap.

As long as you kids don’t mess the house until we need the home insurance (touch wood), mommy is OK. So you kids behave this weekend ok?

I had a busy week and I’m glad today is Saturday, yahoo!!! and another YAHOOO!!! coz Monday is a HOLIDAY!!!! YEAH!!! (but hubby working pulak   isk isk, ni yang tak syok, sigh!)

Anyway, I’ve promised my MD to put it out here for all the ladies, especially the wife his words of wisdom (hahahaha, is this the right sentence? maybe Chegu Carol can help out

Here’s my MD words of wisdom : Don’t let your hubby keep so much MONEY coz that will lead him to have an affair. The less MONEY he has the better. There you go all wife out there, an advice from my boss (err from experience kah this boss, hahahaha…yeah, everyone knows how loyal you are to your wife )apa lagi, rajin rajinlah minta beli itu ini from your hubby
