How’s was you Valentine’s Day? Did your love one surprise you with candle light dinner? Flowers? Gifts? Whatever it is, I hope you all have a wonderful day :D

As for us, I told hubby not to waste his money buying dinner or gift. Everyday is a special day for us and we do celebrate Valentine everyday..with the children, of course. February 14 just another day in our calendar every year but not this year ;)

This year, February 14 is the date to remember because when I woke up that day, I was greeted by my prince charming, Preston. Yes, he greets me everyday with smiles and hugs but on that day, for the first time he called me “Mama!” At first, I thought he just mumble that word but no, every time he see me, he call “Mama..” and what do you know? It makes my day that I can’t stop smiling :D

But I have to stop smiling as I was playing with my twins while waiting for hubby to take bath (as we plan to go out, joy ride with the kids) when I accidentally knocked our kitchen cabinet with our typist chair. The next thing I heard, Josh was crying loud (he was playing computer that time). I rushed to see him and gosh….I was surprised to see the sailing boat which we put on top of the kitchen cabinet fall and hit Josh head. Josh was bleeding and I was really shocked.

I put down the twins and hug Josh. I keep on telling him how sorry Mommy is and I really thank God that it didn’t hit Josh at his eye. I shouted at hubby asking him to come out from his bath. Gosh..I just do not want to think about it again. I feel so guilty for hurting my son. The twins as if know their Kor Kor hurt, sayang Josh at his hand. I cuddle Josh and at the same time, wiped the wound. Only God knows hows our feeling that time :(

The joy ride cancelled. I keep on telling Josh how sorry I am and when we asked him what happen to his head, he will answer us ” boat jatuh” and he didn’t even have a clue that I am the caused :( Poor, poor, poor Josh. Thought of sharing the photo of Josh with the wound but then we decided not to as we DO NOT want to remember BAD things…

So parents, when you arrange your furniture make sure it is safe for the children especially when there is decoration involve. This really teach me a lesson and that lesson taught us well.
