I  would like to ask a question to all mommies and also to the ladies out there, what is your secret or petua in staying slim?

Do you…

1. Exercise everyday/3x in a week/2x in a week?

2. Cut your food (from 2 plates to 1 or 1 to 1/2 or do not eat at all)?

3. Eat only salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

4. NO RICE!!!! Vege only…

5. Diet products?

Please share with me as I ehemm can’t seem to get ride of my extra…you know what I mean..the extra, extra :lol:
