With the oil price up, everything else too affected. I was being informed by my aunt that the price for rice too was up. She got a shock when she bought a 5kg rice which normally cost her RM15.90 now cost her RM29.90 which is RM14.00 increase. This is crazy!

How are we going to survive like this? Prices for this and that are up, but our salary? STAY THE SAME! So, tell me, how to survive?

Aside from that, I need to worry about my apartment too. It has been vacant for almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t found any suitable tenant or buyer. “sigh” Don’t know how long more we have to hunt for the right tenant or buyer (anyone out there interested or not? )

If anyone interested, we can negotiate the price, don’t worry but please note that my apartment is nothing like the North Padre Island rentals ok..It is just an ordinary apartment suitable for small family or just wedded couple. With one master and one for children room. Both with their own custom built cabinets and air conditioners. A custom bathroom with shower and kitchen with everything built on the wall. The living room is spacious with open studio style in mind. Where dinner table can be easily arranged at the far end while others can sit in at the opposite in front of the TV with air conditioners facing them. You will never feel hot in this setting.

Any taker?
