At a every last minute, we decided to celebrate Josh’s birthday (family members only lah) last Sunday. At first, I thought of getting him a cake only but as his birthday getting nearer, he keeps on asking me if his cousins will be there to witness him blowing his candles. I do not want to tell him NO and witness the disappointment on his face.

And on that day, the moment Josh woke up, he asked me “mommy, where is my Josh birthday? Where my Josh airplane cake?”"Don’t worry darling..soon your kor kor are coming and your cake too ok..but you have to brush your teeth and take bath ok?” and this time when he heard my answer, his face was light up and full of happiness. “Ok mommy!” and he did as what I told him without further persuasion.

I can say Josh was very happy that day..not only because he got his birthday party and his airplane cake, but because he played non stop without his mommy scolding him asking him to stop ;)

tadaaaa….what do you guys think? Thanks to Aines for making this cake specially for my little boy, Josh. Josh expression when he saw this cake “whooaaaaa! My Josh airplane cake!!!!” As long as he is happy, the rest doesn’t matter ;)

and at the end of that day, as I was cleaning the house, I wish I had the steam cleaner to ease my burden in cleaning up the mess :(
