HELP!! Someone please help me. I’ve done everything, well almost everything to get rid of my bulky tummy but nothing seems working.
I do sits ups, avoid taking rice at night, no fatty foods (ice cream, chocolate, deep fried food, anything that I think will add more fats to my stubborn tummy) but still, the bulky tummy still smiling and getting comfortable. *sigh* I don’t know what to do anymore.
Every time I complained about my tummy to hubby, he will says this “dear, your tummy not that bulky..err well got tummy lah not like last time but hey, you already got 3 kids bah, of course body also change a bit!”
Change a bit?! It is a big change to me! How about you mommies out there? How do you tackle this problem? Is using corset the only solution? I love to hear your suggestion coz I really hates my tummy now

hi there..
first time here.. so kepoh kepoh sikit u dont mind rite. anyway im a fren of chegu carol.
i have one son, and that was what, 6 years ago. i still have that tummy of mine. my mum said it’s normal. but i think i had too much of pizza and junk food. hahahaha..
mula mula confinement my mum said kena ikut perut. adui.. so lazy. so this is the result of my laziness la.
i think the trick now is to loose as much flabs as possible, and tighten the somach muscle. to tighten have to do lots of abs exercise.
maybe wearing girdle as well as corset can help, and usually first time wearing it would create some form of discomfortness. but then after that it becomes second skin.
anyway, i do hope it works. and all the best with your exercise regime!
I oso have the bulky tummy lor ..cannot go away tho hehe ..last time i follow some diet & dear i slim a bit but tummy is still there. I think doing regular go gym & do some exercise is the answer with a proper diet lar ..but why worry, wht hubby said is true lah ..
Qi is 2+ and I still have some flab :-p
Aiyah your twin not even 1 year old – give it time, don’t stress yourself too much about it. We are beautiful no matter how flabby our stomach is, don’t you know – so what magazines say.

Mamaj, Why dont you try this? I cant really advice you on food as i am not expert in that…but i can give you tips on working out
First 3 months-do a lot of cardio, jogging, aerobics anything that you like as long as you sweat.Start you routine with only 20 min..once you are comfortable with your workout increase another 10 min. keep going… until you know your you can do 1 hour.
Now after doing your cardio, do some light weights…upper body or lower body..you can choose (but alternate them though, don’t over develop only one part of the body
).. each workout do it 10 repetitions x 3 sets to start of with and then slowly increase it to 12 reps,15 reps and so on…..
Once you are done with ur weights …and then do you abs workout, always remember when you do your abs you will need to work your lower back…. this is to prevent imbalance core area…abs strong ,lower back weak.
U can do cardio everyday, but as for the weights do it every alternate days only. Some people may feel the muscle aches only after 48 hours some may feel the effect right after 24 hours..what ever it is, it is normal to have all those aches and pain. But do not give up,keep going…aches mean you are working your muscle…but do listen to your body also if it says “i need rest” give it a rest…you would not want to over work your own body.
Give it a go…and tell me how you feel after… There is more that i can share with you..tapi kan..this will be a lengthy comment terus nanti…heheheh
