I thought after giving birth to the twins, my problem with back pain will no longer arise but I was wrong. I still have the back pain but not as bad as while I was pregnant. I suspect I didn’t have enough calcium in my bone or is it due to something else?

Hmm I really don’t know..if anyone out there know what cause the pain or solution to this or any suggestions, I love to hear it out. It is not FUN having it you know :(

And just a minutes ago, I found out that sleeping on adjustable beds can improve back pain and this news of course a GOOD news to me :)

If this news is true, than I love to have this bed! Oh how I wish I can have this bed as my birthday present which is not long from now *wink wink*
