I am cracking my head now. Still no use as I still can’t find the answer. I am really in dilemma. Since tomorrow is a Public Holiday, my beloved sisters decided this is the best time to have a small gathering at my place as hubby not working tomorrow. It is not always hubby’s off day falls on Public Holiday and I am really happy that tomorrow is his off day.
Sis suggested that we do potluck. Everyone will be cooking a dish or two. It is fine with me but the only problem is I really don’t know what to cook. Should I cook a simple dish? Or should I cook something special? Hmm..maybe I should try out some of the recipes from the recipes books that hubby bought for me not long ago. I haven’t had a chance yet to try out the recipes in those books. Lets see..should I try the recipe from the Quick & Easy Hawkers Fair or recipe from 100 Stir-Fries And Quick Curries Recipe book?
Hmm..I think I try one each from the recipe books but of course have to ask hubby his opinion. Tau-taulah, hubby very choosy one..don’t like this, not really in favour that…so better get his approval in order not to waste time and energy cooking something he doesn’t like pula. I wish I can contact the chief for the program Cooking for Love in AFC channel…make my life easy…everything also already provided…hahahahahaha
Hopefully by end of today, I will be able to decide what to cook. Worst come to worst, beli di kedai aje lah this (LOL)

hahahaa.. potluck gathering?? Wuahh.. so syiok..
I always don’t like to cook for my hubby.. because he’s from Penang and all the best pun from Penang. Orang Penang saja pandai masak.. LOL! Siapa suruh dia kahwin orang Sabah?? hahahaha..
But in terms of choice, he’s not very picky. As long as there’s food on the table, he’ll makan apa saja.
Maybe you can ask what your sisters are bringing and cook/buy food that goes well together.. tidak syiok nanti indian food terus tiba2 ada italian.. LOL!

I always go for stew dishes if I want simple and less hassle yet not too cincai kind of cooking…do the cutting, marinate and just dump everything inside the pot and let it cook wt slow fire…kerja tarajun hehe…
